Maintenance Symbols and their Meanings

Maintenance Symbols Recommended For Textile Products : 

The care and maintenance symbols and their descriptions shown below have been prepared using the TS EN ISO 3758 Numbered Textile System (Care and Maintenance Guide with Turkish Symbols Code) as a standard reference.

WASHING
 

	The maximum washing temperature is 95°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 95°C, Easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 70°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 60°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 60°C, Easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 50°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 50°C, Delicate wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 40°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 40°C, Easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 40°C, Very easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 30°C, Normal wash.
	The maximum washing temperature is 30°C, Easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 30°C, Very easy washing.
	The maximum washing temperature is 40°C. Handwash.
	Not subject to washing.

BLEACHING

	Any oxidizing bleach can be used.
	Only oxygen bleaching / non-chlorine bleaching can be used.
	Bleaching is prohibited.

DRYING

NATURAL DRYING

	Direct drying lengthwise on a hanger.
	Drying on a hanger.
	Drying on a horizontal surface.
	Drying in the shade.

DRYING MACHINE

	Suitable for drying machine. Drying at normal temperature.
	Suitable for drying machine. Drying at a low temperature.
	Not suitable for drying machine.

IRONING

	The maximum temperature of the sole of the iron is 200 °C.
	The maximum temperature of the sole of the iron is 150 °C.
	The maximum temperature of the sole of the iron is 110 °C, Ironing with steam can damage the product.
	Not subject to ironing.

PROFESSIONAL TEXTILE CARE / DRY CLEANING

	Professional dry cleaning with tetrachlorethylene and all solvents listed under the symbol F. Normal processing.
	Professional dry cleaning with tetrachlorethylene and all solvents listed under the symbol F. Easy processing.
	Professional dry cleaning with hydrocarbons (distillation temperature from 150 °C to 210 °C, flash point from 38 °C to 70 °C). Normal processing.
	Professional dry cleaning with hydrocarbons (distillation temperature from 150 °C to 210 °C, Flash point from 38 °C to 70 °C), Easy processing.
	Not subject to dry cleaning.
	Professional wet cleaning. Normal processing.
	Professional wet cleaning. Easy processing.
	Professional wet cleaning. Very easy washing.
